Tyler Bonner is a growth-oriented executive with more than 30 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming businesses that serve mission-critical industries. His career has spanned strategy, full P&L ownership, sales, engineering, consulting, project delivery, field operations, managed services, and global business development.
He has held executive responsibility across utilities, critical infrastructure, federal government, defense, public safety, technology, financial services, manufacturing, and industrial operations — and has led expansion into markets across North America, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.
Tyler has contributed to four private equity ownership transitions, in each case focused on strengthening EBITDA through profitable growth, operational discipline, and organizational development. His conviction is straightforward: organizations create value when exceptional people, disciplined execution, and a relentless commitment to customers work together.
He founded MCEG to apply that experience directly — advising the owners and operators of mission-critical environments without the constraints of a single product line.
Figures reflect results achieved in prior executive roles, including leadership of a national mission-critical environments business scaled from approximately $24M to a sustained $35M with a record year exceeding $52M.

Tyler is the founder and chairman emeritus of the Command & Control Alliance (C2A), which brings together owners, operators, architects, engineers, consultants, manufacturers, and technology providers working in mission-critical command and control.
